Avure Technologies Ships World's Largest 87,000 psi High Pressure Food Press to Fresherized Foods

KENT Washington (February 13, 2007) - Avure Technologies, Inc., the global leader in high pressure processing solutions announced today that it has shipped the world's largest 87,000 psi (600 Mpa) high pressure processing (HPP) food press to Fresherized Foods of Fort Worth, Texas.

The system is the 14th Avure commercial system purchased by Fresherized Foods
