687L-300 HPP System

The 687L - 300 is specifically designed for the seafood industry.  It helps to dramatically reduce labor costs associated with shucking and shelling of shellfish.

687L-300 SystemThrough the application of up to 310 MPa of pressure, 100% of the meat is separated from the shell allowing the processor to dramatically increase yields as well as to kill many seafood borne pathogens such as vibrio found in oyster. Typical shucked products include oyster, clam, mussel, crab and lobster. See Avure's patented HPP shucking process in action.

The 687L has a horizontal orientation which is ideal for processors with low roof lines.  The 687L has also been mounted on factory ships for at-sea processing. The 687L has spare part commonality with other Avure HPP systems
