Avure high pressure processing (HPP) food presses combine over 50 years of technical excellence in ultra high hydrostatic pressure systems with 25 years of specialized research and product development for the packaged food industry. Avure High Pressure Food Processing System We have facilities worldwide and a team of professionals in food technology, research and development, technical and customer service, engineering, sales, and marketing. Our mission, very simply, is to help the food industry provide safe, high-quality, innovative food products. Our high pressure processing product line includes small lab presses for local testing and large commercial-scale systems with pressure vessel capacities from 35 liters up to nearly 700 liters. Usable pressure depends upon the vessel size, with maximum standard operating pressure at 87,000 psi (600 MPa). Our QUINTUS® wire winding technology assures the maximum in pressure vessel safety at lower weights, thus reducing facility and set-up costs.
