High-tonnage Ram Presses for the Diamond Synthesis
One factor common to the entire Avure product line is our unique ability to handle extremely high pressures reliably and safely. This expertise was originally acquired by the successful production of synthetic diamonds in 1953 in a QUINTUS ® wire wound press at a pressure of 8,000 MPa (80,000 bar/1,200,000 psi).
Our unique wire wound design and high pressure know-how has since been utilized for customized high tonnage presses used for the manufacturing of synthetic diamonds. Avure can offer the appropriate equipment for these and other high-pressure and/or high-tonnage applications. We are co-operating with leading companies and institutes to develop suitable equipment and processes.
