High forming pressures create severe forces on the frames and forged steel vessels used in Avure presses.
Flexform press frames are wound with thousands of meters of pre-stressed wire to ensure the safest and most reliable pressure containment system available today. With only compressive forces occurring in the frame, fatigue properties are excellent and the risk of crack propagation is eliminated. This design meets the "leak-rather-than-break" criteria, verified by a high number of installed units that have exceeded one million cycles.
